Fresnières liegt etwa 22 Kilometer nordnordöstlich von Compiègne. Umgeben wird Fresnières von den Nachbargemeinden Crapeaumesnil im Norden, Amy im Osten und Nordosten, Lassigny im Südosten, Canny-sur-Matz im Süden sowie Beuvraignes im Westen und Nordwesten.
