Umgeben wird Orvillers-Sorel von den Nachbargemeinden Hainvillers im Norden und Nordwesten, Boulogne-la-Grasse im Norden, Conchy-les-Pots im Nordosten, Biermont im Osten, Ricquebourg und La Neuville-sur-Ressons im Südosten, Cuvilly im Süden sowie Mortemer im Westen.
