Écuvilly liegt etwa 33 Kilometer nordnordöstlich von Compiègne. Umgeben wird Écuvilly von den Nachbargemeinden Beaulieu-les-Fontaines im Norden, Campagne im Osten, Catigny im Süden und Südosten, sowie Candor im Süden und Westen.
