Die Gemeinde Saint-Barthélemy liegt etwa acht Kilometer nordöstlich von La Ferté-Gaucher, 22 Kilometer nordöstlich von Coulommiers, 30 Kilometer nördlich von Provins und 75 Kilometer östlich von Paris.
