Lage
Montdauphin liegt etwa 80 Kilometer östlich von Paris. Umgeben wird Montdauphin von den Nachbargemeinden Vendières im Norden und Nordosten, Dhuys et Morin-en-Brie mit La Celle-sous-Montmirail im Osten, Montolivet im Süden sowie Verdelot im Westen.
