Puymiclan liegt rund elf Kilometer östlich von Marmande. Nachbargemeinden von Puymiclan sind Seyches im Norden, Montignac-Toupinerie im Nordosten, Saint-Barthélemy-d’Agenais im Osten, Agmé im Südosten, Gontaud-de-Nogaret im Süden, Birac-sur-Trec im Südwesten sowie Virazeil im Westen.
