Geografie
Marcellus liegt etwa acht Kilometer westsüdwestlich von Marmande. Umgeben wird Marcellus von den Nachbargemeinden Couthures-sur-Garonne im Norden, Gaujac im Nordosten, Montpuillan im Osten und Südosten, Cocumont im Süden und Südwesten sowie Meilhan-sur-Garonne im Westen und Nordwesten.
