Bouglon liegt etwa 13 Kilometer südsüdwestlich von Marmande. Nachbargemeinden von Bouglon sind Samazan im Norden, Sainte-Marthe im Osten, Grézet-Cavagnan im Süden und Südosten, Argenton im Süden und Südwesten sowie Guérin im Westen.
