Prévinquières liegt etwa 32 Kilometer westnordwestlich von Rodez am Aveyron. Umgeben wird Prévinquières von den Nachbargemeinden Privezac im Norden und Nordwesten, Anglars-Saint-Félix im Norden, Rignac im Norden und Nordosten, Colombiès im Osten, Rieupeyroux im Süden sowie Compolibat im Westen.
