Sie grenzt im Nordwesten an Bouchain, im Norden an Neuville-sur-Escaut, im Osten an Noyelles-sur-Selle, im Südosten an Avesnes-le-Sec und im Südwesten an Hordain. Die Bewohner nennen sich Lieu Saint-Amandinois.
