Sein Zuschnitt entsprach e​iner Fläche v​on 254,02 km².

Geschichte

• Der Kanton, der ursprünglich zum Arrondissement Fontainebleau gehörte, wurde 1926 dem Arrondissement Provins zugeordnet.
