Die italienische Unihockeynationalmannschaft repräsentiert Italien bei Länderspielen und internationalen Turnieren in der Sportart Unihockey. Die höchste Platzierung konnte die italienische Nationalmannschaft an der Weltmeisterschaft 2006 in Schweden erzielen.[1]
