Geographie
Trayes liegt etwa 17 Kilometer südlich des Stadtzentrums von Bressuire. Umgeben wird Trayes von den Nachbargemeinden Largeasse im Norden und Westen, Neuvy-Bouin im Osten und Nordosten sowie Vernoux-en-Gâtine im Süden und Südwesten.
