Thiverny liegt etwa 20 Kilometer westnordwestlich von Senlis. Umgeben wird Thiverny von den Nachbargemeinden Montataire im Norden, Saint-Leu-d’Esserent im Süden und Osten sowie Cramoisy im Westen.
