Boursonne liegt etwa 48 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Senlis. Umgeben wird Boursonne von den Nachbargemeinden Coyolles im Norden, Villers-Cotterêts im Osten und Nordosten, Autheuil-en-Valois im Süden und Südosten sowie Ivors im Westen.
