Rosières liegt etwa 16 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Senlis. Umgeben wird Rosières von den Nachbargemeinden Fresnoy-le-Luat im Norden, Auger-Saint-Vincent im Osten und Nordosten, Versigny im Süden sowie Baron im Westen.
