Antilly liegt etwa 38 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Senlis. Umgeben wird Antilly von den Nachbargemeinden Cuvergnon im Norden, Thury-en-Valois im Osten, Boullarre im Südosten, Étavigny im Süden, Betz im Westen sowie Bargny im Nordwesten.
