Die Gemeinde Sainte-Cécile-d’Andorge liegt am Oberlauf des Gardon d’Alès an der Grenze zum Département Lozère, etwa 16 Kilometer nordwestlich von Alès. Die Cevennen-Bahnlinie zwischen Clermont-Ferrand und Nîmes durchquert den Ort.
