Geographie
Saint-Agnan liegt etwa 22 Kilometer nordwestlich des Stadtzentrums von Sens. Umgeben wird Saint-Agnan von den Nachbargemeinden Villeneuve-la-Guyard im Norden und Nordwesten, Villeblevin im Norden, Chaumont im Osten und Nordosten, Villethierry im Süden sowie Diant im Westen.
