Roquemaure (okzitanisch Ròcamaura) ist eine französische Gemeinde im Département Tarn in der Region Okzitanien (vor 2016 Midi-Pyrénées) mit 458 Einwohnern (Stand 1. Januar 2019). Sie liegt im Arrondissement Albi und ist Teil des Kantons Vignobles et Bastides (bis 2015 Rabastens). Die Einwohner werden Roquemaurien(ne)s genannt.

Geografie
Roquemaure liegt zwischen Toulouse und Albi. Umgeben wird Roquemaure von den Nachbargemeinden Montvalen im Norden, Grazac im Osten und Nordosten, Mézens im Südosten, Buzet-sur-Tarn im Süden, Bessières im Süden und Südwesten sowie Mirepoix-sur-Tarn im Westen.
Roquemaure gehört zum Weinbaugebiet Gaillac.
