Geografie
Milhavet liegt etwa 14 Kilometer nordwestlich des Zentrums von Albi am Rande des Cevennen-Gebirges. Umgeben wird Milhavet von den Nachbargemeinden Livers-Cazelles im Norden und Nordwesten, Virac im Osten sowie Villeneuve-sur-Vère im Süden und Westen.
