Die Gemeinde wurde 1969 durch Zusammenlegung der Gemeinde Rachecourt-sur-Blaise und Suzémont gebildet. Sie liegt an der Blaise, 15 Kilometer westlich von Joinville. Nachbargemeinden von Rachecourt-Suzémont sind Doulevant-le-Petit, Vaux-sur-Blaise und Morancourt.
