Umgeben wird Guindrecourt-aux-Ormes von den Nachbargemeinden Fays im Norden, Chatonrupt-Sommermont im Osten und Nordosten, Nomécourt im Osten und Südosten, Mathons im Süden, Morancourt im Süden und Südwesten sowie Domblain im Westen.
