Geografie
Chassillé liegt etwa 25 Kilometer westnordwestlich von Le Mans. Umgeben wird Chassillé von den Nachbargemeinden Épineu-le-Chevreuil im Norden, Longnes im Osten, Auvers-sous-Montfaucon im Südosten, Loué im Süden und Südwesten sowie Joué-en-Charnie im Westen.
