Brizay liegt etwa 45 Kilometer südwestlich von Tours. Umgeben wird Brizay von den Nachbargemeinden Tavant im Norden, L’Île-Bouchard im Nordosten, Theneuil im Osten, La Tour-Saint-Gelin im Süden sowie Lémeré im Westen.
