Geographie
Béthonsart liegt im Norden Frankreichs. Die Gemeinde grenzt nördlich an Gauchin-Légal, nordöstlich an Caucourt, südöstlich an Mingoval. Südlich der Gemeinde liegt Savy-Berlette und südwestlich Villers-Brûlin, sowie nordwestlich Chelers und Frévillers liegen.
