Geographie
Annay liegt etwa 55 Kilometer südwestlich von Auxerre am Fluss Vrille. Umgeben wird Annay von den Nachbargemeinden Faverelles im Norden, Arquian im Osten, La Celle-sur-Loire im Süden, Neuvy-sur-Loire im Westen sowie Thou im Nordwesten.
