Moussy liegt etwa 28 Kilometer südsüdwestlich von Reims. Umgeben wird Moussy von den Nachbargemeinden Épernay im Norden, Pierry im Osten, Monthelon im Süden und Südosten, Chavot-Courcourt im Süden und Südwesten sowie Vinay im Westen.
