Umgeben wird Mont-sur-Courville von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Gilles im Norden, Courville im Osten und Nordosten, Arcis-le-Ponsart im Süden und Südosten, Dravegny im Westen und Südwesten sowie Mont-Saint-Martin im Nordwesten.
