Geographie
Massac liegt etwa 75 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von La Rochelle in der Saintonge. Umgeben wird Massac von den Nachbargemeinden Gourvillette im Norden, Beauvais-sur-Matha im Nordosten, Siecq im Osten und Südosten sowie Haimps im Süden und Westen.
