Verzeichnis der zulassungspflichtigen Stoffe nach Anhang XIV der REACH-Verordnung
Das Verzeichnis der zulassungspflichtigen Stoffe enthält die in den Anhang XIV der REACH-Verordnung aufgenommenen Stoffe, die damit der Zulassungspflicht unterstehen.
Zum Stand vom 27. Februar 2020 wurden folgende 54 Stoffe/Stoffgruppen aus der Kandidatenliste der REACH-Verordnung (SVHC-Liste) in den Anhang XIV aufgenommen.[1][2] Weitere 48 Stoffe werden aktuell zur Aufnahme in Anhang XIV empfohlen.[3]

In der Schweiz finden die Einträge aus dem EU-Verzeichnis der zulassungspflichtigen Stoffe – nach zusätzlichen Abklärungen von Behörden und Industrie – Aufnahme in Anhang 1.17 der Chemikalien-Risikoreduktions-Verordnung (ChemRRV).[10]
