Plagne liegt etwa 61 Kilometer südsüdwestlich von Toulouse. Plagne wird umgeben von den Nachbargemeinden Montclar-de-Comminges im Norden und Nordwesten, Palaminy im Norden und Nordosten, Saint-Michel im Süden und Osten sowie Ausseing im Westen und Südwesten.
