Montclar-de-Comminges liegt etwa 60 Kilometer südsüdwestlich von Toulouse. Montclar-de-Comminges wird umgeben von den Nachbargemeinden Mauran im Norden, Palaminy im Nordosten, Plagne im Osten, Ausseing im Süden sowie Roquefort-sur-Garonne im Westen.
