Umgeben wird Perthes von den Nachbargemeinden Acy-Romance im Norden, Biermes im Norden und Nordosten, Thugny-Trugny im Nordosten und Osten, Annelles im Osten, Juniville im Südosten, Alincourt im Süden, Neuflize im Südwesten sowie Tagnon im Westen.
