Geographie
Die Gemeinde Grandchamp liegt 18 Kilometer nördlich von Rethel. Umgeben wird Grandchamp von den Nachbargemeinden Signy-l’Abbaye im Norden, Wagnon im Osten, Mesmont im Süden, Wasigny im Südwesten sowie La Neuville-lès-Wasigny und Lalobbe im Westen.
