Ozières liegt etwa 24 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Chaumont. Umgeben wird Ozières von den Nachbargemeinden Clinchamp im Norden, Romain-sur-Meuse im Osten und Nordosten, Huilliécourt im Osten und Südosten, Thol-lès-Millières im Süden, Millières im Südwesten sowie Consigny im Westen.
