Mannevillette liegt etwa zwölf Kilometer nordnordöstlich von Le Havre. Umgeben wird Mannevillette von den Nachbargemeinden Saint-Jean-Bruneval im Norden, Saint-Martin-du-Bec im Osten, Rolleville im Südosten, Fontenay im Süden sowie Cauville-sur-Mer im Westen.
