Limpiville liegt im Pays de Caux etwa 40 Kilometer nordöstlich von Le Havre. Umgeben wird Limpiville von den Nachbargemeinden Daubeuf-Serville im Norden und Westen, Ypreville-Biville im Osten sowie Bénarville im Westen.
