Lage
Luchapt liegt etwa 58 Kilometer südöstlich von Poitiers. Umgeben wird Luchapt von den Nachbargemeinden Mouterre-sur-Blourde im Norden, Val-d’Oire-et-Gartempe mit Saint-Barbant im Osten, Asnières-sur-Blour im Süden sowie Millac im Westen.
