Fleix liegt etwa 27 Kilometer ostsüdöstlich von Poitiers. Umgeben wird Fleix von den Nachbargemeinden Paizay-le-Sec im Norden und Osten, Leignes-sur-Fontaine im Süden sowie Chauvigny im Westen.
