La Motte-Feuilly liegt etwa 48 Kilometer südöstlich von Châteauroux. Umgeben wird La Motte-Feuilly von den Nachbargemeinden Montlevicq im Norden, Champillet im Osten, Feusines im Süden und Südosten, Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre im Süden sowie Briantes im Westen und Nordwesten.
