Geographie
Crozon-sur-Vauvre liegt etwa 46 Kilometer südsüdöstlich von Châteauroux am namengebenden Fluss Vauvre. Nachbargemeinden von Crozon-sur-Vauvre sind Saint-Denis-de-Jouhet im Norden und Nordwesten, Chassignolles im Nordosten, Crevant im Osten, La Forêt-du-Temple im Süden, Aigurande im Westen und Südwesten sowie La Buxerette im Westen.
