Geografie
Foulognes liegt etwa 25 Kilometer südsüdwestlich von Bayeux. Umgeben wird Foulognes von den Nachbargemeinden Planquery im Norden und Westen, Cahagnolles im Nordosten, Sainte-Honorine-de-Ducy im Osten, Caumont-sur-Aure im Süden sowie Sallen im Westen und Südwesten.
