Geografie
Dio-et-Valquières liegt am Fuß der Cevennen zwischen den Gemeinden La Tour-sur-Orb, Lunas, Lavalette, Brenas und Carlencas. Das Gemeindegebiet gehört zum Regionalen Naturpark Haut-Languedoc.
