Geographie
Brives liegt etwa 19 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Châteauroux. Am Ortsrand mündet der Fluss Liennet in die Théols. Umgeben wird Brives von den Nachbargemeinden Thizay im Norden, Meunet-Planches im Osten und Südosten, Vouillon im Süden sowie Sainte-Fauste im Westen.
