Zu Giroux gehören neben der Hauptsiedlung auch die Weiler Pouzelas, La Caserie und Le Chézeau. Angrenzende Gemeinden sind Luçay-le-Libre im Norden, Saint-Pierre-de-Jards im Nordosten, Reuilly im Osten, Paudy im Süden sowie Vatan im Westen.
