Geografie
Barbières liegt im Tal der Isère, am Fuße des Vercors-Gebirges. Die Gemeinde liegt zwölf Kilometer südlich von Romans-sur-Isère und rund 18 Kilometer östlich von Valence (Angaben in Luftlinie).
