Lage
Saint-Aubin-de-Médoc liegt nordwestlich von Bordeaux im südlichen Médoc am Cagaréou. Nachbargemeinden sind: Arsac im Norden, Le Pian-Médoc im Nordosten, le Taillan-Médoc im Osten, Saint-Médard-en-Jalles im Süden, Salaunes im Westen und Avensan im Nordwesten.
