Geografie
Die Gemeinde Proisy liegt an der Oise, etwa zehn Kilometer östlich von Guise. Umgeben wird Proisy von den Nachbargemeinden Romery im Westen, Malzy im Norden, Chigny im Nordosten, Marly-Gomont im Osten sowie Le Sourd im Süden.
