Die lettische Unihockeynationalmannschaft der Frauen repräsentiert Lettland bei Länderspielen und internationalen Turnieren in der Sportart Unihockey. Der vierte Platz an der Weltmeisterschaft 2007 ist bisher die beste Platzierung.[1][2]
